The construction of two 6ML TS600 potable water tanks supplied for Narrabri's town water supply completed in early 2020, was a great project for Tasman Tanks.
Standing at 24m in diameter and 14m tall, these tanks provide critical water supply to the town. The water is pumped up from the Killarney and Doyle St bores and is sent through a series of pipework to the storage tanks. The large size of the tanks allows the iron and magnesium in the water to settle before being pumped into the water reticulation system.
The construction of this project highlights the superb planning and workmanship of all teams from Sales, Drafting/Engineering to Construction.
